If your hall requires insurance from your vendors

I can still have my florist without insurance do my bouquets right. Im doing my own centerpieces. What do you think? I'm going to call later.

I would definately say yes.....the hall doesnt have to know who is doing your bouquets!

I think it only matters is they're coming onto the premises. If the florist won't be coming to the hall, it shouldn't matter...
