Irene - there's a restaurant on Bell Blvd., it use to be called 'The Victorian Lounge' but the name has changed. The last time I was there was years ago, but I remember it being intimate & romantic. It's on Bell, about 5 block south of northern blvd, across the street from a restaurant called laterna, sorry, but I cant remember what the new name is...
