I need Bidesmaid jewelry for Bill Livkoff Euro Sky Blue

Does any one know of a place that has bridesmaid jewelry to match Bill Levkoff Euro Sky Blue dresses. The dress is strapless., with a band of euro periwinkle at the top and around the waist.I would like something with a starfish(That's my theme) or cystal Blue or clear. Something simple that is not expensive. I don't think they will wear this again. Any advice would be wonderful.Its style 244. I couldn't attach the file.
