WWE fans - Is the old Kane and the new Kane

the same guy? Remember the old Kane with the hair and the mask? Is he the same guy as the new one who is bald and has those contacts?

Just wondering because I can't stand the new Kane!

Okay so he shaved is head for the act? His body doesn't look the same to me either. My FH and I were convinced it was a different guy! Thanks for the info!
