I am looking to into making chocolate wedding/shower favors.

I had so much fun making them for my friends shower, I want to try to do it as a side thing. I made pink and white chocolate rose lollipops and arranged them in a ceramic/clay vase w/ grass and ribbon. We used them as favors and centerpieces. What do you girls think? I would love to start doing this.

I like the idea of making chocolate wedding favors. It is a way to be creative and also give a nice favor that everyone will enjoy. I'm planning on making chocolates in space exploration shapes (planets, astronauts, etc) because my FH is an astronomer!

it's a great idea! be prepared for large orders taking up space in your fridge/freezer! one of my old coworkers in NY started doing this and gets SO many orders that it takes up a majority of her free time. She does holiday pops, holiday c-pieces (think a 12' tall christmas tree!).

Also, contact MrsERod, she just made favors for The-Original-2nd-Time-Arounds' daughters christening!

Yep, MrsERod made GREAT white chocolate lollipops. And if you can believe it, thaey tasted even better than they looked! Here are a couple of pics...

I made my best friend's shower lollipops and they came out AWESOME!! So much fun to make. We thought about it as a favor but I think it would be too time consuming. I LOVE the ones you made..FAB!
