We finally signed the contract!
Well after 6 weeks of going back and forth with the sellers we finally agreed to a Oct 1st closing date and signed the contract.

The sellers still have to find a house, so it could be earlier- but I doubt it. We were going to walk away when we found out how long but I really love the house and I think we got a good deal.
