Going on vacation next week and I'm so sad

Because we have to leave Bama at home. And we'll be gone for a whole week! I've never been away from him for that long. I'm going to be so worried! And we haven't even found a sitter yet

Does anyone else hopelessly miss their pet when they have to leave them, or am I just a big baby?

Ann, I FH and I went to Miami for 4 days this past August. My brother checked on our two cats every day, and I called him EVERY DAY to make sure they were ok.

I am going to flip out on my HM.

My friend spends the night with my two kitties when we go away...she is a cat lover

I also get full reports when I call in. One could care less when we go away, he loves everyone, but the other one stays in the bedroom and waits for Mommy to come home.

I cried so bad as we were leaving for our month long honeymoon that the limo driver was even trying to console me.

we went on a 7 day cruise with our friends who have a BT, on day 4 she was ready to go home to the dog. they were suppose to stay 2 extra nights post cruise in FL but came home early for the dog. He was having nightmares about the dog. But everything was fine, except the dog messing up his aunts carpet.

We were so bad on our honeymoon we were away in Hawaii for 2 and half weeks and we kept looking at my husband phone at all his pictures of him everyday!! It was so bad towards the end I wanted to come home early!!

I am SO excited about my wedding and HM coming soon but when you catch me on a bad day, at night I will be found hugging Murphy in tears saying how much I am going to miss him.

DH gets very emotional when we have to leave the dog. We were on the plane on our way to Daytona, and about 15 minutes into the flight he started freaking that we left the dogs

I'm such a baby with my animals. We usually travel with my cat, but have to leave the finches at home. I always miss those birds so damn much! And when we do have to leave kitty, I am so sad without him.

ok, FH and i went to Italy for 2 weeks last year, and i had pics in my purse to look at all the time. the HM is going to make me crazy!

I am not going to lie, DH and I went on our HM for 6 days in maui, 3 in kaui and were going to vegas on the way home, but we missed our baby so much we skipped it and came home early! But the greeting we got was well worth it!
