So upset-vent..long sorry

Went to the bridal salon to 'visit' my dress and get my headpiece for my trial. My dress and veil came in, very nice. The head piece is awful. I know it was not the one I had tried on the day i ordered the dress, it was just awful. My sis and my mom agreed it wasnt the same. The one that came in today was awful and just was not something I would wear. I had a fight with the woman at the store. Of course now it a 'he said, she said' thing. The manager is calling back on monday. I hope something can be done the headpiece wasnt cheap and I won't wear it.. Thanks for listening

Im so sorry Lori

did they put the item# on the receipt? or did they scan the wrong one?? if the headpiece theyre trying to give you has a different code than your receipt, you will have a strong case!

do you have anything written on your receipt by any chance? maybe an item number or something?
