Chateau La Mer brides

If you have gone to the food tasting what did your friends or family rave about? Or I should say what didnt they rave about?

I brought my fiance, my mom, his mom, my moms friend and my cousin. I am a vegetarian so wanted others to try the meats etc. They basically RAVED about the jumbo stuffed shrimp, chicken cordon bleu and the chateau briand?

Have any of you thought about your menu yet? Tell me about it

My mom LOVED the stuffed shirmp my favorite was the salmon that is what I will be having on my wedding day. MY Dad loved the Chicken Cordon Blue and my Uncle Loved the Cheateau Briand he said it was the best he ever had
And those are the ones I am going with for my menu it seems those are the popular choices.

But I think you cant go wrong with whatever you eat there it all tasted amazing

I am picky- the only thing on the menu I actually like is Chicken Franchaise which they don't even serve at the tasting. FH LOVED the Chateau Briand so we are having that... Everyone also liked the Stuffed Veal, and it's a little different so we are choosing that. Lastly, we decided to let his mom pick the fish since none of us eat it. We are probably going to get the stuffed jumbo shrimp.
