Re: NEED AN EASY CHICKEN RECIPE

I like to take 2 chicken breasts with skin, slice some lemon and slide the lemons under the skin. Sprinkle with salt, peper and poultry seasoning and bake in the oven at 400 for about 30 minutes.

Re: NEED AN EASY CHICKEN RECIPE

Get very thin cutlets, swiss cheese and ham- all sliced thin.

Pound out the chicken if its uneven or thick

Put one piece of chicken, layer 1 slice or ham and 1 slice of cheese.

Fold over in thirds

Coat both sides w/ dijion mustard, then in breadcrumbs.

Bake 350-375, 15-25 mins.

Re: NEED AN EASY CHICKEN RECIPE

Bake chicken (15-20 minutes) and then cut in small pieces or shred with food processor. Add carrots, red onion and celery. You can shred them too. Pour zesty italian dressing on it. Then chill in frig and serve plan or in wrap.

in a seperate bowl as a topping -

2 tomatos chopped
1/2 red onion chopped

Some italian seasons I use whatever is in the spice rack that appeals to me at the moment
