Definitely go to the doctors because that isn't some thing you want to really mess with. I was a nursing student and I honestly have no clue. My guess would be a spider bite...but I really don't think you would get them all over like you are experiencing...and especially if your future husband has them too. Flea bites are very very small...and you would see them all over....I'm at a loss. Definitely get it checked out and let us know. I'm curious now!!
