Would you wear this shoe???
This is from Easy Spirit, it seemed a little extreme for them--apparanetly it was feautred in Vogue.
It looks like a leg brace, to me.

looks like something a prisoner would wear or someone in the psych ward. something like a straight jacket but in this case, i guess the correct rerm would be a straight boot.

Yes! It is a new collection by Tara Subkoff ( who?) for Easy spirirt. The do seem roman-inspired. Here are someother gems:
 
The last one isn't bad, but it isn't "enough shoe" for me.

Tara Subkoff is a clothing designer .... I am NOT very fashionable myself but I have read about her in Page 6 now and again.. she does the Imitation of Christ clothign line, which is WAY too funky for my boring taste
