My Engagement Party Was So Much Fun! (with pics)

So...as some of you might remember last weekend I was freaking out about the weather for my engagement pary. It was last saturday, April 30th, at my sister's house. (I was waiting for pics before i posted)
Well, the weather devils, uh, I mean forecasters were right and it POURED! we had a tent though which definitely helped. And honestly, we had so much fun!!!!! It was wet and a little cold, but, everybody just kind of rolled with it and it was GREAT! It went so fast though! I wish i could go back and do it again because i was so busy running around trying to talk to so many people, that i felt like i didn't really get to spend a significant amount of time with anyone. It was a very laid back party at my sister's. It was exactly what we wanted it to be (minus the buckets of rain) So, if there is anyone who is debating whether or not to have an engagement pary, I say Go for it! It was a great time!!!

You can use the image rezizer at the top (to the right of the forum mail button) and they will email you bakc your picw resized, or if you know how to resize pics, just make them under 60kb. Making it a jpeg helps.

They have to be a certain size...that you can do is use the resizer or post in a Community Photo Album on here without having to resize and post a link on here...this is what I did...hope that helps

SO CUTE! I love the colors. That blue is gorgeous! I'm so glad you had fun. I really want to have an e-party!!!! if we officially decide to postpone the wedidng, we'll have the $$ to have one!

By the way...if you couldn't tell. We both LOVE blue. My bridesmaids dresses are blue. I got him to wear blue(he wasn't happy about being so color coordinated but he did it anyway)

and...i'm a HUGE Cinderella fan. You can't really tell in the pics, but the plates and napkins are all Cinderella with blue and silver....the dinner plates said Once Upon A Time and the napkins said Happily Ever After.
(I got them at Cedarhurst Paper in Oceanside in case anybody is interested, but I might be the only cinderella freak

Sorry to hear that the weather didn't really cooperate with you guys, but it sure sounds like you had a great party and a really good time. Your pics came out great and as every one says, you make a really cute couple!! Love your Cinderella theme and the blue!
