Looking for AFFORDABLE 1 wedding at a time COUNTRY CLUBS
I'm going to check out all the Lessings Facilities with the exception of Smithtown Landing (FH's sister was married there, and I live down the block..)Does anyone have any pricing info/recommendations for the WINTER months?
Also, looking for a website for the Stonebridge CC, but I can't find one!
I'd love some recent thoughts (I've already searched for old opinions)
TIA!!!

Nic, I'm confused. No more florida then?![]()
Don't get me started. I was told that it CAN'T happen, 'cause I'm the FIRST in my generation to marry, and family hasn't gotten together for a wedding in 12 years, blah blah blah.
I'm very upset about it, but if we can swing it $wise, FH and I are going to marry on vacation in 06, then have a church wedding & party in 07.
Not ideal, but hey, family is family, and I don't really want to hurt them.
No, they're not paying for it, they just have very strong opinions.

my friend had her shower at Steonebridge. It was nice. Food was good, service was excellent. I'm not sure about pics as it's mostly taken up by the golf course

Thank you everyone... I don't mean to be pushy, but is anyone willing to offer a price range?I don't want to waste my time and a BMs time if it's more than we can spend.

Giorgio's is set on Fox Hills Country Club, they do one wedding at a time.I hear Southward Ho in Bay Shore does really nice weddings. They even do a cocktail hour out on the lawn...I hear it's very Gasby like.

Ideally, under 100 w/ tax&grat. Should be doable, right? It's winter!?

Bellport Country Club. I am paying just over $100 including tax and gratuity (although I did take out about half of the food from the cocktail hour).FM me for more info.
ETS: I loved Timber Point with the exception that you have to walk through the reception room to get to the cocktail room. The food is excellent and the people really understand what you want.
Best of luck!
