This will probably be pulled but here is the story:Honestly- they ALMOST ruined my wedding! first of all they sent the wrong party bus and said mine broke down- It was WAY too small and not everyone fit and we had to shuttle people in other cars. Well- let me tell you that the driver told me that the bus didnt actually break down and that they gave my bus away to another wedding b/c their bus broke down. I confronted them on this the day after my wedding and they lied to my face- well they come to pick me up to take me to the airport a 1/2 hour late the next day and the driver at that time tells me HE was the one who actually drove the party bus for the other wedding ( the bus I was supposed to have) They do nothing but tell lies and I am taking them to small claims court! That's only half the story.. I also had the excalibur and it broke down in my driveway and I missed out on my ride to the church with my dad! And- we had hired a party bus to pick us up at the end of the night and this big old piece of crap w/ vomit in the bathroom and **** everywhere shows up a 1/2 hour late to bring us home with nothing but attitude. I swear that thay are a NIGHTMARE!!! They offered me no restitution! Well- I will beseeing them in smal claims court! Please BEWARE!!! They lie and are horrible business people!! So many people warned me before the wedding about them but, I didn't listen and I wish I would have!!! Please FM me if you have anymore questions! Oh- I almost forgot that the excalibur window leaked all ove an satined my dress and I was a MESS befor I even got to he church because i had to get into and out of the excalibur and then into and out of the bus! Oh and by the way- the bus that they sent me to replace the 45 passenger bus that I hired was 40 passenger bus from another company and the OWNER swore up and down that it WAS a 45 passenger bus- well I called the company that they used and the biggest bus they have is a 40 passenger bus!

hate to tell you guys but my FBIL and SIL used them and similair things happened although not to that extent. They got the wrong limo and were late etc...

OMG!!!!!!!!! I am SOOO sorry to hear that!! HOW AWFUL!!!!!!!! you have EVERY right to be livid!! Good luck in small claims! I hope you get every penny back, even though I know that won't make up for the experience

That's absolutely horrendous! Do you need to find the other wedding couple who had what supposed to be your party bus, for your case?

my cousin used them as well and they were an hour & 1/2 late , We where unable to go to the site that she wanted her pictures done. Then the bus got lost on the way home! !

I am so sorry!! Same thing happened to us. Our bus we were supposed to have supposedly broke down. I was 45 minutes late to my own wedding ceremony. They are horrible, only care about you until they have that final payment in hand!! I have posted many negative reviews about them and it is really sad to see that since my wedding over a year ago, nothing has changed!! They are HORRIBLE!! Best of luck to you, I ope you get every penny back!!
