Any DIY Brides have success...
in making monogram cookies favors? I am thinking about trying this. Any information would be great!

If the monogram is on the Pillsbury slice and bake roll ... then yes, success!!

I have not attempted this (yet) but I think you should use a dough that doesn't rise much when it bakes. I think on the WIlton website they have a recipe for rollout cookies that's good. That way whatever shape you make them before they bake shouldn't change much in the oven. I would just practice the monogram a lot before making the final product. Cookies freeze well before you decorate them so you can do that part pretty far ahead. Also, you should probably use a royal icing so that it hardens when it dries and won't get smeared or anything.
