Last year I had my daughter's confirmation party at Marabella's on Northern Blvd and 225th Street in Bayside. They are associated with the Adria hotel. They have small and large party rooms, the food was amazing and the staff were absolutely wonderful. Their cuisine is largely Spanish, but they have Italian and American options as well. If I remember correctly, I paid about $32/pp.

*Parkside Restaurant-in Corona
*Carousello-Cross Bay Blvd
*Prima Pasta-Cross Bay Blvd
*Roma View-Cross Bay Blvd (not sure of the $$ tho)
*Pompeii-West Hempstead (they have a number of diff packages, reasonable cost too)

I know that Prima Pasta on Cross bay Blvd is pretty inexpensive and they give you a ton of food - good too!!

These are a few other places around
$15 - 25pp
Donovans - Bell Blvd Bayside
The White House - Whitestone
Giardino's - Douglaston
Sullivans - Bayside

I second Giardino's in Douglaston
My friend's RD was at Koenig's, it was really nice
I would not say Caffe on the Green is inexpensive.

I called Sullivan's (in Bayside) about a private bday party for my hubby. They gave me a great price and I could have the entire resteraunt section for a Saturday night.
