Great NON FAT Chicken Substitute

Last night I tried Lightlife Smart something Chik'n strips. It's a soy based chicekn substitute. It's mean to replace strips of chicken cut;ets in stir frys, burritos, whatever, I browned them in a little olvie oil and then out them in with peppers and onions, a little adobo and VOILA. It was SO good.

I don't know how many points or whatevre chicken is normally, but this stuff was GREAT.

I was only 80 calories for half the package (probbaly about the equivalent of a chicken cutlet), NO fat, no cholesterol and only 5 grams of carbs, 3 of which were fiber. I didn't look it up, but it's probably zero- 1 point on WW.
