What should I be concerned about? Home Inspection???????

Our home inspection is tonight? What should I be cautious of. I swear for the money the house should be PERFECT!

We told our inspector some of the concerns that we had ie boiler, burner...Otherwise, the inspector will check every corner of the house for everything...Our engineer liked to be left alone while he was working this way he could concentrate & then he spoke with us afterwards & took us around to show us his findings...
