Format for place cards... I am having a hard time!!

I bought a pack of place cards ( the kind you print on the computer yourself) for my SIL's bridal shower. Well they told me to download the format at uprint.com and the first 4 on the page come out correctly ( not really but I figured out how to make them come out the way I want)
but the last 2 on the page come out all off centered and print out of the little box. I have tried everything!

Advice?!?!?

Please don't tell me that - I bought the same placecards and have yet to tackle that project!

I used the EXACT same ones for my son's baptism and dont remember having this problem

I am getting really frustrated!!!!!!

So far I have 'figured out' that I can not use the 'Center' option. If I do they run too far to the right. Instead I need to set them up so that it seems they are all the way to the right so that they will come out 'centered'

Maybe you did already, but did you set the margins? This is what the site says it has to be set to...

Top Margin: 2.15'
Label Height: 1.65'
Side Margin: .5'
Label Width: 3.75'
Vertical Pitch: 3.35'
Number Across: 2
Horizontal Pitch: 3.75'
Number Down: 3
Page Size: Letter (8 1/2 x 11 in)

Sorry to scare you!!! PLEASE IGNORE ME!!!! DH just informed me that we do not have the exact program required by uprint.com
It was opening up the format in a different program and thats why they were printing weird
