Do you shut down at a certain point during the day?

If I haven't done it by 5pm on most days, it's just not gonna get done! I don't know why, but I tend to shut down at that point, like I'm done with work even though I don't technically finish until 6.

Anyone else?

I get really drowsy around 3:30-4:00. Luckily I am usually home by then. Regardless, it's tough to get stuff done after lunch. I am most productive in the morning.

usually about 4 when at work, but Fridays are more like 3, or now.

I have two waves of activity. I would say 11-4 is one, and then I have another one from 9-12am. So from 4-7 I really just shut down other than making dinner sometime in there, or going to the gym. So I guess its just my brain that shuts down, not my body.

I have the same problem!!!!! I have a few hours of actual activity during the day. Get really lazy from 6-8 and then from 9 or 10 on im going crazy cleaning the house or doing whatever. I am so weird
