Went to a wedding at Fox Hollow last night.....

Hello ladies,

This was my first wedding at the Fox Hollow and I just wanted to point some things out to the Future Fox Hollow Brides:

1. Cocktail hour was supposed to start at 7:30. We arrived at 7:25 and I want to say that most of guests at this wedding were packed into the entrance way because the room was not ready yet. We had to stand in there for about 15 minutes and people were complaining.

2. I ordered the filet mignon along with many others at my table and it was completely raw. I would make sure that you tell them the way you would like it cooked because the waiters didnt ask you.

3. When the wedding ended also did the other two parties that were going on. It was mass confusion waiting to get your car out of the valet, besides the fact they left the window opened and it poured so we had wet seats.

Over all we had a good time but it was just something I noted since I am in the process of planning my own wedding and I know I would not like to have my guests to encounter this.

I hope this does not offend anyone I just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Funny, b/c I went to a wedding at Fox Hollow yesterday afternoon, and two out of your complaints were the only complaints I had.

1) They asked how you wanted the filet mignon cooked, but when it came time to serving, they just said 'Who got the filet?' and basically gave you any filet they had-- not necessarily cooked to your liking.
2) The parking situation was horrendous. People were saying that they had to wait over 30 minutes for their car to be brought to them, b/c two events got out at the same time, and the valet line was huge.

Other than that, the food was great and I had a great time!
