Re: hotel recommendations for OOT guests???

You should check out the Roslyn Claremont Hotel. I'm blocking rooms there for my OOT guests. They have a nice restaurant inside where your guests can have breakfast/brunch the following morning. I've also heard that the Garden City Hotel is really nice.

Re: hotel recommendations for OOT guests???

I highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn - behind BB&B off Old Country Rd. The hotel is new and clean and the people are so wonderful! FM me if you need more info.

Re: hotel recommendations for OOT guests???

I'm using the Holiday Inn in Plainview, which is right off exit 46 of the LIE. It's about a 15 or 20 minute drive to the Milleridge, maybe less. It's not 4 star, but it looked clean, neat, and the staff seemed friendly and efficient. My guests are more concerned about cost overall than where they stay for the most part, so a Holiday Inn seemed fine.

We used the Harrison House in Glen Cove and were very happy with them.

Re: hotel recommendations for OOT guests???

We too are using the Harrison House in Glen Cove. The place is absolutely stunning and the room rates that they gave us were very affordable (includes a gourmet breakfast as well) - actually cheaper than most places.
