I wonder who tried to kill Dan. I think maybe it's Andy, DH thinks it might be Keith, then I came up with Jules....anyone could be out to get him!

omg, it was soooo awesome. i think it was andy, cause he never checked into his hotel, so maybe he never left... but then again karen saw keith across the street, maybe he came back secretly to do it. for a second i thought it was nathan(but i dont think he woulda done it) cause when he came home late he said he had something to do, then when deb said that dan will be out of our lives, nathan just looks and says, i know!!!

i cant wait for next season!!! dan better die though, it would suk if he doesnt.

there are so many possiblities on who killed Dan....he had beef with everyone.
it could have been Keith, Andy...or even Whitey. I dont think that it was Nathan or Lucas...but maybe it was Hailey.

Im kind of going with the Keith idea...I think that Andy just went straight to his mothers instead of the hotel.

It was Nathan. In his 2nd to last scene, he was closing to the door to his apartment, heading for home.

When he arrived, his mother asked what took so long. He said, 'I had something to do'...and he said something about being free from Dan.

A few episodes ago, when Dan went to see Haley, did we REALLY know if Nathan sent him? I don't think he did. So, I think when he got the Annulment papers back, he realized that Dan brought them to her in the first place. Then, he was upset because his mother couldn't leave Dan.

I was thinking the same thing...But u never know...Maybe it was Deb cuz of the white stuff on the liquor bottle and she had pills earlier in her hand or maybe nathan, very possibly andy, doubt Jules, maybe Keith, Or lucas or maybe it was someone totally off the wall that u would've never thought of....But such a great episode..can't wait till it starts back up again

I love this show too...I just can't believe that we have to wait unitl sept to find out if Dan is dead and who poisened him, and lite the place on fire...I don't know if I'll make it till them....the suspence is killing me

I know, me too. This season was really good. I felt like the last few episodes were all season finale worthy, then this last one just blew them out of the water.

I wish Jake and Payton could finally just get together and be happy for at least a little while!
