can anyone recommend a Justice of the Peace?

I don't want anyone religious, mainly because both families are VERY religious, so we thought we would go the neutral path, to keep it simple, and not offend anyone. ANy suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

We are using William Corbett, he was recommended to us by our hall. He is a justic of the peace and we are not having any religion is our ceremony, but he will do whatever you want him too. I think he charges $300
