INVITE HELP!! im finally getting ready to order them

ok now this invitation thing is hard..now im getting married october 9th..so when should i send out the invites..and when should i have people respond by? TIA!!

ok....me too. I'm going to place my order this weekend.

I'm thinking of mailing them beginning to mid August. (approx. 8 weeks in advance)

And RSVP....like 3 weeks before

I think thats good. That way we can call people like two weeks to one week before who forgot to rsvp.

I'm going to order mine around the end of this month or first week of July. I plan on sending them out about 8 weeks in advance too... I wasn't sure about the RSVP date, but 3 weeks sounds good.

my wedding is on 11/6, rsvp date is 10/1. I am probably going to send them out by the 3rd week in August.

This is what I am doing as well. I will probably send them out early to mid-July b/c of everyone's summer vacations.

when mailing them, you want them to arrive about 8 weeks before your wedding date.

when ordering, it depends....mine were in 1 week after ordering them.
