yummy egg recipe..fun for kids

i just made these fo my nece and figured it would be good to post. my dad used tomake us this for breakfast:

Eggs on a Raft:

using the brim of a cup, cut a circle into a slice of bread.

Lightly butter circle peice and remaining crust (dont break crust)
put on a skillet and break an egg into the circle that was cut our from crust. flip as needed. and use the extra circled peice as toast for the yolk.
yummy with a little cheese on top too

My grandmother used to make this for me & my sister and called it Egg in the Frame.

THis was the first thing I learned to make in Home Ec in the 7th grade. We call it a Humpty Dumpty Egg...not sure why though!
