Menu Appt. Tomorrow.... What Do You Think?

Should I go for the: I want something everyone or mostly everyone will like.... I can pick two of them.... but which two?

ETS: This is for the cocktail hour stations... I will have others... pasta station, carving station, hot seafood station, veggie and antipasto station and one more.. I just need to add two more and can't choose!

Mashed Potato Bar
Basil Mashed Potatoes
Smashed Dirty Potatoes
Maple Infused Sweet Potatoes
Assorted Toppings- Cheddar Cheese Sauce, Mushroom Sauce, Steamed Broccoli, Sauteed Mushrooms, Warm Bacon, Sour Cream and Chives, Crispy Fried Onions and Homemade Cheese Sticks

Crepe Station (two types)
Rolled Tableside and kept warm on sterling silver tray

Pannini Station
Fresh Mozzarella Roasted Peppers and Tomato Pannini and another type

Italian Feast Station
Warm Foccacia Pizzas
Tomoato and Mozzarella
Pepparoni and Plain Pizza
Stromboli Bread

Dim Sum Station
Turkey Pot Stickers
Vegetarian Dumplings
Shrimp Shu Mai
Dipping Sauces
Wasabi and FOrtune Cookies

I would do Crepes and Mashed Potatos. The other stuff you see more often.

Is this during dinner or cocktail hours? The mash potato seems yummy but wouldn't think of it as cocktail hour food. But that sounded really yummy - got me hungry!

I would do mashed potatoes and dim sum. I have my menu appt tomorrow too!

I would do the crepe station and the dim sum station. I personally don't like mashed potatoes.. I went to an affair where they put the mashed potatoes into a martini glass with all the toppings, and thought it looked a little tacky. just my personal opinion.. the crepe station seems nice.

Sorry, the second one I would choose is the italian feast. But I really love italian food.

I would go for the Dim Sum station...yum yum and the Italian Feast station. They all sound sooo good though!! The Mashed potatos aren't a bad deal either....decisions decisions. Good luck with making your choices!!

we did dim sum and italian feast but i wanted mashed potatoes. eveyone said it would be too heavy though before dinner so i didn't do it. i love panini's but thought the italian feast had more to it--more choices of food for the guests.
