Dim sum and Italian Feast. My FH and I think the Mashed Potato bar is really cool, but our BM told us that is one of those things that everyone looks and and thinKs 'cool', but no one ever really eats.

I would choose the italian or dim sum, everyone likes something from that. The mashed potatoes would be really cool, but you don't want the guests to fill up too much before dinner, and potatoes are very heavy.

I love the way they do the mashed potato bar.. it is really neat. I am definitely doing this one.. I also love the dim sum station.. I hear ya how hard it is to narrow down the choices....I can't even think about which appetizers we want off of their list! It's tough! Good luck.. let us know.. Yay.. your day is coming up fast!!!!
