I know this is thinking ahead but...
How many of you think you will be a crazy MOB/ MOG one day who will want to plan their childrens whole wedding for them?
DH turned to me once during the planning and said you know I feel bad for the girl who TRIES to marry your son. Even if you let her its going to be you wedding and not hers! Momzilla!!!

I'm not going near any child's wedding. I've hated all the 'advice' and 'comments' the whole way. Unless they ask for help, I'll be keeping my 2 cents to myself.

Re: I know this is thinking ahead but...
We're not having children, so this won't be a problem.
But, for argument's sake, I would say I would probably be a hands-off mom of bride/groom. My mom has been (for the most part) pretty good with me, and I think that I would be the same way.

Not thinking too far ahead for me as my son is 19 years old - but I don't think I'll be the 'in your face, let's do it this way', Mother of the Groom. I will advise when they ask for advice, help when they need help.
