Gasp! I have to teach a yoga class in a half hour!

I took the teacher's training course at my studio over a year ago and tonight when I got my class the owner asked if I could cover the 7:30 class. I am freaking out! The teacher who usually does it is amazing and I am trying to remember everything she does in class. Help! I need some hugs!

Thanks for the hugs guys! I definately felt the vibe in class tonight. It actually went well- even though I wasn't who they were expecting- everyone was really nice and said it was a good class. I hopefully will get paid for this- I didn't even ask!

so glad it went well ---- that must've been scary!

Terrifying! Luckily I knew 3 of the class members so that helped a lot. I am so glad its over!
