I got my boxes from PaperMart.com -- they're square so I can cover them with Tiffany Blue wrapping paper. They are pretty good quality but I'll definitely have to reinforce the bottom with tape. The boxes from 800GiftBox.com were better quality but also more expensive. There was a minimum order of 50 for both

FH actually got ours from a Macy's by him that was being closed. Each bag was about 50 cents or less. Good quality.
I have also seen some nice bags at a few $ stores that were also a decent quality. There is one in huntington that is really nice.

We're getting ours from Ikea. Although they are $1 a basket, the baskets are huge and very nice looking

I used white paper 'tote' bags from Michaels. They came in packages of 13 and were like $6. I stuffed them with colorful tissue paper.
