I basically have the same but the last line is:

___ Number Attending

I did this because children are invited and I wanted to be sure to have a proper count.

Sorry to hijack the post!

No, they are not DIY, but you could probably make them. They are from Checkerboard out of a non-wedding book. Here is the invite too. I have seen the font called Bickham Swash Caps or Markham Swash Caps. I love them. When I first got them, I kept on looking at them.

I ordere dthem through Laura at LA Productions for 30% off.
