Looking for a Chicken Marinade using Balsamic Vinegar for tonight. Anyone have any good recipes???

In a ziplock bag

Spinkle chicken with Adobo Seasoning

Drizzle with Oilve Oil (about 2 tbs) and Balasmic Vinegar (about 4 tbs) and add 1 clove crushed garlic

Mix around well

After cooking top with fresh diced plum tomatoes, thinly sliced red onion and chopped fresh basil

I used Balsamic Vinegar
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
MC Cormick Spices

Marinated the chicken cutlets for 3 hours, and made on the George Foreman.

They were yummy

sounds good. I love marinated chicken.

the other night I marinated the chicken in Dark toasted Sesame Oil & Emeril's Oringal Essence. It was soooo good.

I also do olive oil, squeeze of lemon, dry oregano & crushed garlic.
