Wind Watch sold out ALREADY??!!

I decided to try to get my hotel room for the night before and night of the wedding. I first called the Hyatt Regency Wind Watch, but they said check back next month because the rates aren't available yet.

So I decide to check the website to get an idea of rates, I check the days around my wedding, and they're available. But the days I wanted? COMPLELTELY SOLD OUT??!! The weekend before is the same thing!! Now how can this be sold out when the woman on the phone tells me they don't have rates that far ahead but there is wide open availability?? I even went so far ahead as June to check to make sure it wasn't a glitch. Should I just call again or stop by and see what's up?

They could be sold out - but often if the rates aren't available then rooms aren't officially available (so when you do the search it says no rooms available - when there really are rooms available just no rates yet). This happens to me on Expedia ALOT. I try to book way in advance and the hotel I want isn't available, so I wait a few months and 'magically' it is available when the new rates kick in.

I would call and ask just to be sure. Hopefully they will have good news!
