I need to meet with the florist this weekend! Please help me decide!
I am having a very hard time making decisions with my flowers. I love peonies, roses and hydrangea.I love light blues, and all kinds of pinks.
Can you tell me what you think the BM should have, I should have and the GM should have?
What do you think would look best with these dresses?

Amy,I love the peonies (sp?) - stick w/pinks and whites and cremes. I'm not a fan of the blue's to be honest with you. That's JMO though.
For the guys - roses in the same colors.

Yea, I agree. Although the blue is pretty, I think it would take away from the look.

Amy, just as an FYI...I had blue hydrangeas in my BM's bouquet and had to remove them after the church because they all wilted! It was really hot that day and hydrangea don't do well at all with the heat...

I heard the same thing about Blue Hydrangeas (or any Hydrangea)...they don't hold up well in the heat at all! That was the one flower I wanted in my bouquet, but guess it's back to the drawing board!

Yep - be careful with the hydrangea. They die awfully quickly. Too bad I didnt know that before my wedding!

roses are pretty hearty and hold up well. Plus they'll be much less expensive then when i got them.February was a bad month for an all red roses wedding!

I wanted pink Peonies and several florists told me they are out of season by early June. I'm marrying in August and since you are july they are probably going to tell you that you have to pick different flowers. I picked all pink and cream roses with Hydranga. Good luck.Welcome New Vendors
