TY picture vent -- other QBC brides, please come in
After sitting in traffic for an hour on Saturday to go pick up my TY pictures, I'm not happy with the pictures. 
They were cut poorly, so that the ends are somewhat ragged, there are glue dots on others and some are cut so poorly that the black lines in between pictures are showing. I've asked that they be reprinted, but the folks at Queens Bridal Center are giving me a hard time.
I'm so sick of shoddy service and no accountability by vendor after vendor. 
Anyone else have problems with them???

So, you weren't happy with any of your vendors?
When I'm handing over thousands of dollars, I expect what I've contracted to expect.
I had several disappointing vendors and several that were great. I'm just waiting for a good DJ, gown or dance instructor thread to come around so I can have something great to say.
