I used Crest Whitestrips Premium and I also use the Sonicare tooth brush everyday. I feel that my teeth have gotten pretty sparkly.

I liked ARM & HAMMER Advance White and I thought they looked whiter.

I wish I could use a whitener but I have veneers on my top four teeth right in the middle. If I use whitener, my veneers will stay as they are now. So I am going to see if the photographer we choose can do a little re-touching. I am just one of those people who doesn't have naturally white teeth no matter what I do!

I heard that crest just came out with premium plus which is supposed to be an improvement on the premium...but I haven't been able to find the premium plus

Honestly, all the OTC stuff doesn't last, and do the job. I suggest goinig to BriteSmile or getting ZoomWhitening. They last long and it's $500 (which is expensive) but well worth it.

I just saw my cousin today and she used the crest premium plus, and her teeth looked great!! I am going to buy it too!!

I asked my dentist and she said she would not do anything for me bc they are already as white as they should be! I was happy she didn't just try to take my money, but she said if I wanted a little boost to use crest white strips. I still want them whiter!!!

i have used the crest white strips three times over the past three years. the first time i used crest white strips regular one. the second time i used the premium, and the third time i used the premium plus. i luved them all ( the best one was the premium plus). They vary in the length of days u use them and how much 'stuff' they have on them. I am a strong advocator of them. my teeth got significantly whiter and effects last for about 6 months. i cannot compare to the professional whiteners, but for the money i think the crest white strips are well worth it. everyone comments on how white my teeth are, even the cosmetic dentist i went to said that they were the whitest he has seen. so i say go for it - i luv them. and they go on sale often at the drugstores so u can usually get them for twenty to thirty dollars. hope this helps :)

If you can afford to get the trays made at a dental office it is SO worth it. I have the trays and they are great! I can touch up whenever and always buy more gel.

Zoom first then use trays from the dentist for touchup

I had zoom done before my wedding and the effect was really fabulous (although the first week or so, my teeth were a little splotchy so dont do it right beforehand). But after about a year, my teeth were back to normal...so I dont know if its worth the expense. Going to try the whitestrips and see if they do anything.

Honestly, I'm an OTC teeth whitening junkie! I've tried it all, and honestly I've really seen results with two:

Plus White (which actually is super cheap, but kinda messy)

and

the Colgate one that you brush on your teeth (looks kinda like a nailpolish bottle)

I used the premium ones and they worked really well.

I used the Crest stuff that you brush on at night and the first day I used it, I saw a difference! I have some left over if anyone wnats them - at least 1-weeks worth. It's individual packets and brushes for each day.
