A little upset with Cathys Concepts/ Elegant Brides

Its not a huge deal but Im hoping it will be fixed. I paid $50 for a sign in frame with a personalized silver plate at the bottom and didnt get the silver plate.

Has anyone else had any difficulty? I emailed them and Im hoping there will be no problems fixing this.... in time.
