Best stain remover for day-of kit

Does anyone have any recommendations on stain remover wipes like Shout? You know, just in case something gets on the dress... Anyone love or any hate any particular brand?

Re: Best stain remover for day-of kit

chalk and a glass of wine for you. I promise you you're dress will be so dirty by the time you walk down the aisle you'll do insane trying to fix stains! Just roll with it!

Of course I'm not talking major stains just the normal stains you'd imagine walking around in a white floor lenght dress!

Re: Best stain remover for day-of kit

I've heard of chalk to cover up stains, but I didn't need to test that out.

Re: Best stain remover for day-of kit

YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's called 'Ever Blum' and it used to only be available to professional cleaners!

When I went to pick up my wedding gown a few weeks ago, there was a tiny makeup stain (or something that looked like makeup) on the bodice of my dress. The seamstress used this Ever Blum stuff and it was gone in a flash. I wrote it down because the bottle said “for your finest fabrics”. I ordered it and tried it on a few other things around the house, it works!!!!!! ? It’s definitely going into my “day of the wedding” bag! Ever Blum

Wine away is a MUST for red wine stains. Last weekend I wore a white skirt and got drops of red wine all Over my skirt and i put the wine away on it and it disappeared. AMAZING!

You'll be so busy you won't notice nor will you have time to get the stains out even if you do.

Re: Best stain remover for day-of kit

My day of coordinator had chalk. My gown wasn't pure white and I didn't have major stains so I don't remember using it, but I know I saw it in her kit.

Re: Best stain remover for day-of kit

Funny story. My friend had a jewish ceremony so cocktail hour was before the actual ceremony. One of the bm had a meatball that rolled from the top of her dress alllllll the way down to the bottom of the dress. They used shout wipes and it came out perfectly and we were instructed absolutely no marinara sauce until after pics

Re: Best stain remover for day-of kit

I got red from my bo-k on my dress and a Q-Tip and some seltzer took care of it in a second. Try not to get the dress too wet or you'll wind up with a water splotch.
