I am sooo annoyed!!

I am trying to look for a photographer/video so I made an appointment today with Silverfox.

FH works late so my appointment was at 8:00 PM since that's the best time for him and I to go. FH and I got there at 7:45. When I walked in they gave me something to fill out. We waited forever so I told FH that if they don't come out by 8:25 I wanted to leave and he agreed with me.

Well it was 8:25 and I walked out!! Could you believe that I am a potential customer who would be spending thousands of dollars and no one even came out to say that they were running late! Girls I am so upset because with FH schedule it's hard to make appointments I wasted my time and I am soooo annoyed

I am so sorry to hear that. Well, on the good side, you are able to make a decision not to book with them. Customer Service is key and no matter how busy they are..someone should have had the common curtesy to inform you that they were running behind time and ask if you would mind to wait a little while longer for the next person. They work because of us brides...so you deserve proper service.

I totally agree with you! Customer service is very important and I know that if they did come out and say they were running late and that they were sorry then I would have been very happy with that.

That happened to us for one of the halls we were looking at . It was about 30 or 40 minutes that they had us waiting! We went in anyways and got the tour, prices, etc, but ended up going with a different hall. Their rudeness definitely didn't give them an edge over the other hall. It was their loss!

The same thing happened to me with ADA studios....Too bad for them-they aint getting our money!!!

Me too! He had us waiting for a while and well, we weren't excited about the place anyway so we left.

I have the same situation with my FH he works in Westchester and we live in the city so I have to make late appts and weekend appts with vendors etc.

What works for us is that I check out the places and bring him to my top choices. I have more time on my hands bc I work in the city and a easy job
