Rehearsal Dinner locations-suggestions needed

My FMIL is badgering me about finding potential restaurants for our rehearsal dinner. Everyone is staying in Nassau County, so I need some suggestions for restaurants in that area...

How about the 7th street cafe in garden city. George martins in RVC

we're having ours at Umberto's in New Hyde Park.
