Update on Mets Season Tickets...please advise
Okay, I had a representative from the Mets call me back today (d*mn, they're fast) and basically, I can buy out the rest of the Saturday Home Games (there is 4 games left) and I can upgrade when the 2006 season comes around. The 06 season does not go on sale until January, and it's on a first come first serve basis. My issue is what the heck will I do with these tickets? I'm not sure if I should just buy them now (it's $200 for two seats) to secure next year or wait? I don't have many Met fans in the family and the ones who are, I don't trust to keep this a secret from FI!
He suggested that I go with the tickets in the Mezzanine instead of the Lodge because the Mezzanine is closer to home plate and your under cover in the event of bad weather. He also mentioned that since I won't be giving them to him until next year, this would be the cheaper route to go. Is this a good idea/bad idea? I really have no idea where these seats are, looking on the Mets website doesn't help much, so if anyone can offer advice, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Why don't you post where the seats are located... you dont have to say what seat numbers... but at least what row and section number.I am curious what they have left and if the seats are 'any good' or not.

He didn't give me the seat numbers, he just told me the location. I can call him back and get the numbers.

Yeah... any section over 30 puts you past the base line and in the outfield.Row also makes a big difference too. I can give you a good idea where or how good the seats are if get approximate row or section numbers.
