dh's cousin just had a baby and we are going to the hospital in less than an hour.

Do we bring something with us, like flowers or something? Forgive the stupidity, but I have never been to the hospital before just after a baby was born and I don't want to be rude.

I usually bring something ... flowers, etc.

I once bought a bottle of Captain Morgans since now she could drink! (not that I expected her to drink at the hospital!)

Definitely flowers and a card would be a nice gesture. I usually prepare ahead of time and buy little onesies and bibs for when they have the baby, but I think flowers and a card is very nice. Congrats to them!

Thanks so much ladies. I am going to run to the store right now.

She wasn't due until July 30th!!!

But they told us that everything is fine with the baby, so no worries.

I usually bring anice plant, because it will last a long time and some balloons. Congratulations!!
