Suffolk reception location suggestions- Please!

Girls I am back after a lazy 4th of July and then some. I still haven't found my hall. I did get some suggestions last time but I really need your help. I saw some halls and I really don't want to share my day or my hall. I want a one room hall. Any suggestions. I really have to decide we are still shooting for a fall 2006 date.

where have you looked already - and what kind of hall do you want? How many people?

Try Timber Point or Lessings in general. They have a lot in Suffolk and a lot w/ one wedding.

You know, I'm not sure if your just worried about another event or another bride. Some places will promise you will be the only bride but they will host another event at the same time like a retirement party. Happened to my friend. She was soooo mad!

Check out Hamlet Willow Creek Golf and Country Club in Mount Sinai. One wedding at a time and just beautiful!

The Vineyard Caterers in Aquebogue.........very big reception room, georgous location and Bill is so wonderful to work with!

The Hamlet Windwatch in Hauppauge is one wedding at a time and very beautiful. Other than that, not sure...

Does it matter where in Suffolk? Are you looking for a certain price range? How many people do you think you'll invite?

We had our reception at Harbor Club. There are 2 rooms, one for CH & the other for dinner. The food was phenolinal and we are STILL getting compliments over 1 1/2 years later.

They are awesome to work with too. They have no problems makeing a day as personal and unique as you want it.
