how much do you normally have in your savings account?

Well mine is pretty high right now, but once we put the down payment on our new house and pay closing costs, it will go way, way down I know I'm getting a house, but I am still sad to see it go

I put between 5001-15000

but its MUCH closer to 5001!

we are trying to save save save! someday we would like to own a home! So, that's not really money we can touch!

thank GOD im not alone! i always think that we should ahve all this money...but we bought a house too and basically thats where all my money goes.

i was fortunate to move back home for a year which allowed me to save so much! Now that we moved out it is not as easy to save! But we still manage to throw in a few bucks a month!

we're saving for a house so we have a good amount in there, unfortunately it doesn't feel like it'll ever be enough!
