Did anyone do a photo slideshow at their wedding?

Hi!

I'd like to do a powerpoint slideshow of pictures of my FH and I growing up. I am having no problems putting the slideshow together but I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get (or maybe rent) the equipment to show it at the reception. I would need a screen and a projector for my laptop.

I saw this done at a wedding once (where I didn't really know the bride or groom) and I thought it was amazing!

I would ask your DJ. My sister is planning a Bar Mitzvah for her son and is having a powerpoint montage of photos shown during the reception. The DJ often has screens. If not, I would ask the photo or video company or even your catering hall. My caterer is renovating and will have screens that are built into the ceilings that lower themselves down. My MOH's jokingly said they wanted to do a power point presentation of their toast to me. Scary - they have way too much info on me!!!

Talk to your DJ. My friend had one at her wedding and the DJ set it upfor her
