What song did you choose for your walk down the aisle??

I can't decide, but I don't think I am feeling 'Here comes the bride.'

I went with a traditional song, but my SIL last year, walked down to Only Time by Enya and it was so beautiful!!!

I might walk down the aisle to 'At Last' by Etta James or 'You and Me' by Lifehouse. (which is that song on the radio going 'it's just you and me, and all of the people, nothing to lose, nothing to prove...'

I went with a non-traditional song and walked down to 'Fields of Gold' by Sting. It really played beautifully. We had a classical guitarist. All other music was traditional though. My traditional back-up was Canon in D though. That's what the BP ended up walking down to instead of me.

OUr procession was completely nontraditional. The groomsmen and DH walked in to 'Storybook Love' (the theme from Princess Bride), my attendants walked in to 'Starting Here, Starting Now,' and I walked in to Yanni's 'In the Morning Light.' We did go the traditional route on the recessional, though.

I went to a wedding where the bride walked to 'You Raise Me Up.'

I am walking down the aisle to a song composed for the movie 'Cinema Paradiso'. My family is Italian and they all know the music so it's the perfect song for me.

Sorry this is the song we are walking into the reception not the church...lol....

We are walking in into 'Vincero' originally recorded by Pavarotti and Bocelli but remixed into a techno song. It is really great!!!

in church we have to be traditional and can't come into different than 'heres comes the Bride'....

We used Bach violin concerto in G minor for the Bridal party. It's really pretty - if you do a search on google, you can find a clip. I walked in to the traditional wedding march.

I LOVE the song from the Princess Bride- it's probably one of my all time favorite movies!!!
