So the landlord tell me we cant have a dog, the people who moved into..

the house next door have a dog, well at least I hear one barking all the time!! I dont get it.

ETA: Same owner..

it is possible that they brought the dog in without the Landlord knowing - if a certain amount of time passes - the Landlord is prevented from contesting a pet even if it is on the lease/written agreement.

thanks for letting me know. I hate the be a B but I will tell you if this dog keeps barking the way it is now, I will call him and be a tattle tale.. There is no way I could deal with this all year.. UGH!
