Sick F*ck!!! I hope they give him the chair....can you imagine what that poor baby went through??? And idiots (like his wife) are coming to his defense??? Something has to change in this society...I blame CPS as much as I do the father for letting that child go back to those animals....

They should both get the death penalty. The Mom is just as guilty for letting anyone touch her son that way. I have a 17 month old son and if anyone even thought of hurting him there would be hell to pay. People like these pieces of trash do not deserve the gift of a child. I've always hated the fact that you need a license to have a dog, but anyone can have a baby, it's just sickening. And I also agree thet CPS is also to blame , and I have first hand experience with them from my childhood, and this just goes to show that they still haven't improved, they are just useless

It really bothers me that the mo and the aunt are rtestifying 'oh yeah he did this, he didn't want him to be a sissy, etc' Umm..if you knew about it, you should have reported it. I think the family should be implicated as well. It wa sa defenseless 3 year old child. I think the 'gay panic' excuse is complete hateful bs to begin with, but in this case it's just completely insane. The kid was 3 years old. This guy was just really mentally disturbed
